Here’s the standard MR notification. You can tweak the bit about waiting for your documents to saying you’ve just received them and need time to go through everything: Notice of Mandatory Reconsideration – ESA
Ref: NiNo
To whom it may concern,
Please see to it that this email is handed to the department that deals with Mandatory Reconsiderations (MR) for ESA. I attended a WCA on (date of assessment here) conducted by Maximus on behalf of the DWP. I am now in receipt of the decision to find me fit for work/place me in the Work-related Activity Group. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive full details of the decision and I reserve the right to submit an official complaint regarding this decision and/or HCP misconduct at a later date when I have all the evidence. However, the purpose of this letter is solely to notify the DWP of my intention to submit my case for MR, as I do not agree with the DWP’s decision. I am currently waiting for additional medical evidence from my own HCP, as well as all the documentation pertaining to my assessment from the DWP via a Subject Access Request (SAR). Therefore, I will present a more detailed case for MR in due course. If you have any queries regarding this email please respond in writing only. Yours sincerely, Mr/s XYZ
