The "Leader" of the tories in Scotland, if we could call him that, for we wonder what actual authority he really has, calls for the Prime Minister's resignation. The former "Leader" of tories in Scotland, Ms "Lordessa" Davidson, as I call her, or as she is commonly known, "The Baroness" Ruth Davidson, now in House of Lords, put there by Johnson himself, no less, has also called for the Prime Minister to go. However, both Michael Gove, and Rees Mogg, have slapped down MP/MSP. Ross, as "being in Elgin", Scotland. In other words, they don't give a toss what Ross says, and in fact, couldn't care less what any tory in Scotland has to say. But, Ross is now one of very many other tory MPs demanding Johnson go. And we can be sure, go, Johnson will have to. What difference that would make to general tory policy, I am sure, will be absolute zero!!!
From BBC News.................
Scottish Tory leader calls for Johnson to quit
Douglas Ross says Boris Johnson's position is no longer tenable after the PM admits attending a party during lockdown.
…………………………………………………..
Scottish Conservative leader Douglas Ross has called for Boris Johnson to resign after the prime minister admitted attending a Downing Street party during lockdown.
Mr Johnson apologised about the May 2020 gathering while claiming that it was "technically within the rules".
He said he "believed implicitly that this was a work event" at the time.
But Mr Ross - who is an MP as well as an MSP - said the prime minister's position was "no longer tenable".
The Scottish Tory leader said he had a "difficult conversation" with Mr Johnson on Wednesday afternoon, and that he would write to the 1922 Committee to register his lack of confidence in his leadership.
He said: "He is the prime minister, it is his government that put these rules in place, and he has to be held to account for his actions.............. "

When it come's to politics, believing in wealth redistribution, higher taxes for the wealthy, re-nationalisation of public services, high public spending. The tories believe in the polar opposite which is why I dislike them. These days they look more like an OCG. (organised crime group). But my mind also goes towards the betting market. Sunak is still favourite at about 2/1 Truss at about 7/2 with Hunt next best at about 8/1. But sometimes with the tories something comes from out of the pack. Like Cameron did. Boris's stories don't add up. So he might well be a goner.
