This is interesting from NHS (England), regards "mild" symptoms of possible onset of Heart Attacks. Problem most of us have, is knowing what is actually a mild symptom of a possible Heart Attack, or just something that is a bit of an inconvenient nuisance. How long One might wait for an ambulance in such circumstances and so not wanting call emergency without good reason, probably being another big factor, tho NHS doesn't take note of that particular Public concern in this article, I actually think it does play a major role in a person's decision to call out an EMS ambulance.
