Health Sec, Javid, Had Non Dom Status!

The present (UK Govt) Health Secretary, who also was formerly Chancellor of Exchequer, also had Non Dom status for several years before entering Parliament.
What makes this of interest, is that being Chancellor, he would hardly have wanted to end this system of tax avoidance by the super wealthy.
All this coming from a Regime happy to impose sanctions on the poor, and leave many in total despair and destitution!
