I'm about 5 inches in the wrong side. Hi Junior, is; 2 x your waist is 10 inches more than your height ? OR 2x your waist = 5inches more than height. So waist 2.5" too big ? me I'm 5' 10" and 38 round waist. I need to be 35" so 2x 35 = 70" = 5ft 10" (I think!). The only answer is a low carb diet I reckon. EG a Keto diet so the body burns fat for energy. |

I'm 5'8" and 36" waist so what ever that makes me, I think it is 5" too much. Yeah badly need a diet.

I'm 5'8" and 36" waist so what ever that makes me, I think it is 5" too much. Yeah badly need a diet. This might be wrong but : 5ft 8 = 68 ".....................2x36=72"...........whereas 2x 34 would be 68" therefore you just need to shave 2" off to get down to 34" !!!! not too bad !  |
