Moving house from one council to a different council

I have been offered a bungalow by council to be by my son for support with anxiety.
I live in Birmingham and will be going to Warwick council. I don't know if rent will be paid by benefits as everything is on line. Not been shown property yet.
What's concerning me is I am on ESA income related and looking on line saying change of circumstances could trigger me to go on universal credit and to get InTouch with citizens advice. That is difficult so many not open. Because of anxiety I find it hard to go places
I just wonder if I should move heard so many scare stories about universal credit. I just don't need that stress on top of moving it's all so overwhelming at the moment.
Any advice would be gratefully received
