The UK Govt, announced plans to help many householders, left out of the last help inniatiative, such as those in Caravans, Carehomes, and Off Grid folks, etc.

However, it still hasn't done anything to help the farmers, and hence, one of the reasons we see food shortages across UK!
Farmers have simply stopped heating greenhouses, etc, as they just could not afford the increased energy bills.
