Appeal Court Allows Benefit Death Hearing.

Appeal Court Judges have overturned an earlier refusal by 2 Judges to allow an inquest into the death of Jodey Whiting in 2017, after her Disability benefits were stopped by DWP. She was 42.
Her mother has been campaigning tirelessly for justice, ever since.
