Apparently, with precious little publicity ..... 'till now, DWP has been chasing folks for benefits overpayments made by DWP's own errors, and other debts that might not even exist, but DWP still tries to reclaim the funds, anyhow.
But one mother in southern England took DWP to Court and won the Case against DWP!
