The Sunak Government has caused anger as it decides to take Court action to stop Johnson phone data, atc going to the Covid Inquiry. It claims mist of what is being asked for is irrelevant. However, in all of these types of public investigations, it is the person leading the inquiry, who has the final say on what is, and is not of relevance. i've just been reading about this. It's basically Sunak trying to hide stuff. There must be something that he thinks might damage him I would imagine.
Maybe his "eat out to help out" scheme, which may have caused preventable fatalities ?

I certainly think some of the scams the government did will come back to bite Sunak and all who where in office when they were spending money on everything they could think of to try and say they were helping the people over the Covid period. Help out to eat out IMO was one big scam as places increased their prices to get people in saying the government is helping those that eat out as well as the establishments that were making money from the scam. There is also the PPE that the government squandered millions on for useless pieces of fabric that were no more than rags with elastic attached to them being sold as masks to help prevent the spread of C-19. I never fell for any of the BS that was being trotted out, I went shopping without a mask and hardly anyone said a thing especially at the time I was on blood thinners and would often have severe nose bleeds on the way too or in the shop itself. |
